We build AI into the work your company already does & dreams of.
GABEMx.ai is an AI workflow architect for mid-sized companies across Europe. We build with your people in the room, on two fronts.
Automate what you already do
The work that eats your team's week, optimized and automated. Hours back.
Dream what you could do next
The build you have always dreamt of. Now it ships.
Go for it! The conversation is free, and you leave with a read on where AI would actually pay.
What we do
Automate, and dream.
Two kinds of work, and most companies need both. One buys back the week. The other spends it on something that did not exist before.
Automate for productivity
Take the weight out of the week
We put AI where it helps: reading, drafting, automating, chasing. We find the work that repeats and connect your systems. The work still happens. Your team stops doing it, and focuses on what matters.
- Systems that talk to each other
- Drafts and records ready before you ask
- Follow-ups nobody has to remember
Dream for growth
Build what you have been dreaming of
The project that never got past a conversation, because the technology was not ready yet. Today's tools have moved that line further than most realise. We build it with you, and it goes live.
- Products, not just internal plumbing
- Built with your people, on your systems
- Something running, not a specification
Both end the same way. Your team owns and runs what we built, and we document it so they can change it without us.
How we work
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Three steps. You can stop after any of them.
-
A first conversationBook your free call
We look at your operation together and you leave with a read on where AI would pay and where it would waste your money, whether or not you go further.
-
A targeted audit
Scoped to your business and specific focus. We come back with what to build, in what order, and what it is worth. Priced per engagement, because no two companies are the same.
-
The build
We build it ourselves, with or without your team, on your systems. Nothing off the shelf: it is shaped around the way you already work, and built in stages, so each one is working before the next begins.
Our builds
What we have been building.
Automate&Dream
Construction
Quote requests, read and answered
Requests arrive as unstructured email. An agent reads each one, writes a structured record, and drafts the reply for an engineer to check and send.
Real estate
Transaction documentation automated
One system for the entire transaction: captures structured feedback after visits, keeps the seller updated without anyone writing the report, chases every document, checks each for completeness, carries signatures between buyer and seller.
Pharma
An augmentation sparring partner for your sales reps
A gamified platform that teaches reps a new product, drills the argumentation, then argues back. It learns from every session, so this month's toughest objections open next month's drill.
AI visibility
What the AI says when buyers ask
Buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for recommendations before they ever search. We measure whether you appear in those answers, why you do or don't, and what to change.
Knowledge work
An operating system for knowledge work
Research, drafting, meeting capture and project tracking, run daily by AI agents against a private file store rather than a chat window.
Food
A sidekick in your ear, live on the call
An assistant that listens to a live client call and feeds the person speaking the right example at the right second, grounded in their own material rather than generic suggestions.
Where it usually starts
Where the gains hide.
Nearly every build we do begins in one of these. None of them needs a transformation programme to fix.
Administration
Invoice handling and chasing, expense and approval routing, the reminders that only go out when someone remembers.
Commercial
Lead capture and scoring, quotes and proposals drafted from a conversation, follow-up that stops when the week gets busy.
Customer service
Requests, tickets and appointments triaged and routed on arrival, status updates sent without anyone typing them, questions answered outside office hours.
People and onboarding
Applications screened, new starters set up with their accounts, equipment and paperwork, leave and expenses handled without a chain of emails.
Stock and logistics
Threshold alerts, supplier reordering, pickup and delivery status that customers currently have to phone in for.
Reporting
The numbers assembled by hand each month, an alert when one of them moves, and the meeting that exists only because nobody can see them live.
Notes
What works, what doesn't, and how to tell early.
Written from builds that shipped and builds that didn't. We publish these because the fastest way to waste a year on AI is to automate the wrong thing beautifully.
Most "AI opportunities" are not opportunities
The work worth automating is high volume, low judgement, and already has a human checking the output. The work people name first is usually the work they personally dislike, which is a different list. Ask what happens 200 times a month, not what is annoying.
The demo works. Tuesday afternoon doesn't.
Real inboxes forward mail, so the sender field shows your own company rather than the client. Real attachments arrive in the wrong format. Real records have three spellings of the same name. A system built on clean sample data meets none of this, which is why we build against the live mess from day one.
Keep a human on the send button
The systems that survive draft, and let a person send. The ones that get switched off after three weeks sent on their own and got it wrong once in public. Full automation is something you earn after the drafts have been right for a while, not a launch feature.
If you can't say what it replaces, it isn't finished
Every build should name the hours, the step, or the handover it removes. "Improves productivity" is not a result. If nobody can point at what stopped happening, the old process is still running underneath and you are now paying for both.
One question finds most of it: where do you still copy, paste, retype, chase, or check?
Seven signals we look for
- A shared spreadsheet that has quietly become a coordination system.
- Information retyped from one tool into another because they don't speak.
- The same email, written again, with three words changed.
- Reminders and chase-ups that only happen when someone remembers.
- A status meeting that exists because nobody can see the status.
- One person's private inbox holding a process the business depends on.
- Anything that starts every time a form, a date or a status change fires.
None of these takes long on its own. That is why they survive for years, and why the hours they cost never show up on anyone's list.
